Command announces history, museum awards Published March 15, 2007 ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- Air Force Reserve Command selected 10 individuals for awards in the field of historical services, history and museums programs for 2006. The command announced the following winners March 12: Wing history - Master Sgt. Keith L. Loney, 459th Air Refueling Wing, Andrews AFB, Md. Heritage project - Master Sgt. Brady Kiel, 440th Airlift Wing, Gen. Mitchell International Airport Air Reserve Station, Wis. Publication - M. Dixie Dysart and Eugene Vandeventer, Headquarters AFRC, Robins AFB Sergeants Kiel and Loney also won the Spirit of the Eagle award for notable contributions of significance. Other Spirit of the Eagle award recipients are Col. Ahart W. Powers, Headquarters Air Mobility Command, Scott AFB, Ill.; Lt. Col. Krista K. Kortum and Chief Master Sgt. Rai Ann Miller, both of Headquarters AFRC, Robins AFB; Master Sgt. Samuel A. Merrill, 452nd Air Mobility Wing, March Air Reserve Base, Calif.; Master Sgt. Richard D.
