Niagara chief named command's top performance manager Published March 15, 2007 ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- A reservist from the 914th Airlift Wing at Niagara International Airport Air Reserve Station, N.Y., is Air Force Reserve Command's top performance manager for 2006. Chief Master Sgt. Steven D. Roberts's accomplishments included overseeing a $213,000 base-theater remodeling project as well as developing and implementing an inspection tracking system for the wing. The chief is a full-time air reserve technician who serves in the job as both a civil service employee and a reservist. Command officials announced his award selection March 8.
