Lt. Col. Douglas R. Gernhard, 337th Airlift Squadron, Westover Air Reserve Base, Mass. His contributions included a moving map global positioning system display that increased the C-5's combat capability and a tactics training program that became the benchmark for AFRC and Air Mobility Command C-5 units.
