ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. --  Air Force Reserve Command officials here announced the following command airfield operations awards for 2006 on March 22:

Air traffic control facility - Tower/ground approach control, 452nd Operations Support Squadron, March Air Reserve Base, Calif.

Airfield management facility - 934th OSS, Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport Air Reserve Station, Minn.

Airfield management supervisor, civilian - James R. Onoprienko, 482nd Operations Group, Homestead ARB, Fla.

Col. Derrel L. Dempsey Officer of the Year - Robert M. Ulibarri, 434th OSS, Grissom ARB, Ind.
