Award winners announced March 23 include the air reserve component weather flight - 5th Operational Weather Flight, Shaw AFB, S.C.; weather officer - 1st Lt. Christopher T. Higgins, 12th OWF, Scott AFB, Ill.; and weather enlisted member - Staff Sgt. Kristin M. Fourman, 12th OWF, Scott AFB. The following awards were announced March 30: Enlisted aircrew senior NCO - Master Sgt. Richard A. Lutz, 728th Airlift Squadron, McChord AFB, Wash.; NCO - Tech. Sgt. Joseph J. McCarthy, 76th Air Refueling Squadron, McGuire AFB, N.J.; and airman - Senior Airman Alicia L. Trudeau, 78th ARS, McGuire AFB. Pararescue airman - Senior Airman Brian Kimber, 306th Rescue Squadron, Davis-Monthan AFB, Ariz.; NCO - Staff Sgt. John Lane, 306th RQS, Davis-Monthan AFB; senior NCO - Senior Master Sgt.
