Reservists win Air Force public affairs achievement awards

ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. --  Three full-time air reserve technicians and two individual mobilization augmentees won Air Force public affairs achievement awards for 2006.

The winners were announced May 9. By category they are:

Wing field grade officer - Maj. Dave Kurle, 442nd Fighter Wing, Whiteman AFB, Mo.

Wing company grade officer - Capt. Wayne Capps, 315th Airlift Wing, Charleston AFB, S.C.

Wing NCO - Tech. Sgt. Veronica Aceveda, 512th AW, Dover AFB, Del.

Reserve component officer - 1st Lt. Geoffrey Buteau, 66th Air Base Wing, Hanscom AFB, Mass.

Reserve component enlisted airman - Master Sgt. Jennifer Thibault, 21st Space Wing, Peterson AFB, Colo. (Air Force Reserve Command News Service)
