SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. -- A KC-135 Stratotanker from the 916th Air Refueling Wing had a mission this week usually reserved for fighters.
On July 22, a combined Reserve and regular Air Force crew had the privilege of doing a fly-over at Arlington National Cemetery to honor service members killed in action during Vietnam. The fallen had been listed as missing in action until just recently.
The tanker flew over the area twice, once at about 1,000 feet, with its boom extended.
