Reserve recognizes individuals for achievements Published Feb. 17, 2010 ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- Air Force Reserve Command recognized two women on Feb. 6 for their outstanding achievements. Capt. Marella Tolbolt Big Mountain of the 618th Tanker Airlift Control Center at Scott AFB, Ill., was named the 2009 Reserve Officer Association Junior Officer of the Year. Lt. Col. Laura Theodorson of the 728th Airlift Squadron at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., is Air Force Reserve Command's nominee for 2010 Katharine Wright Memorial Award. The annual award recognizes a woman who has contributed to the success of others, or made a personal contribution to the advancement of the art, sport and science of aviation and space flight over an extended period of time. In memorandums to commanders, Lt. Gen. Charles E. Stenner Jr., AFRC commander, praised the award recipients for their contributions to the command's mission and their communities.
