Air Force Reserve nominates spouse for award Published Feb. 25, 2010 ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- Jesika Davis is Air Force Reserve Command's nominee for the 2010 Joan Orr Air Force Spouse of the Year Award. Mrs. Davis is the wife of Lt. Col. Thomas Davis, chief of public affairs for the 482nd Fighter Wing, Homestead Air Reserve Base, Fla. The annual award is in honor of Joan Orr, wife of former Secretary of the Air Force Verne Orr. The Air Force Association sponsors the award, which recognizes significant contributions made by non-military spouses of Airmen serving in the Regular Air Force, Air Force Reserve or Air National Guard.
