Team Robins names company grade officer of year Published March 25, 2011 ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- A civil engineer officer in the expeditionary combat support division at Headquarters Air Force Reserve Command here is the base company grade officer of the year for 2010. Capt. Barney T. King II's selection was announced March 19 at the Team Robins award ceremony in the Museum of Aviation's Century of Flight hangar. Captain King works in the Headquarters AFRC installations and mission support directorate where he is responsible for devising, implementing and coordinating cross-functional expeditionary combat support initiatives with the command's numbered air forces, headquarters staff and Headquarters Air Force staff. The captain was also Headquarters AFRC's nominee for the USAF Major General Eugene A. Lupia Award in Civil Engineering for 2010. He has been in the Regular Air Force for 14 years and is one of about 140 active-duty officers and enlisted Airmen assigned to Headquarters AFRC. USAF.
