The 2016 nominee for the Reserve Officers Association Outstanding Junior Officer of the Year is Capt. Christopher Barnes from the 26th Space Aggressor Squadron, Schriever Air Force Base, Colorado. 

Barnes has made significant contributions to the success of his unit, the Air Force Reserve COmmand's mission, and has become an invaluable member of his community.
