Combat Crew Communications NCO of the Year: Tech. Sgt. Renette L. Coleman, 452^nd OSS, March ARB, California.

Combat Crew Communications Senior NCO of the Year: Master Sgt. Shannon L. Meienert, 927^th OSS, MacDill Air Force Base, Florida.
