February issue of Citizen Airman is online

The February issue of Citizen Airman is now available on the web at http://www.citamn.afrc.af.mil/.

The cover story spotlights the strong connection between Citizen Airmen and America's space program. The issue also features stories on an anti-terrorism protection officer who also serves as a federal police officer, the new secretary of the Air Force testifying before members of the National Commission on the Structure of the Air Force about the importance of the Guard and Reserve, the role of the Reserve Advisory Council, a new division at the Air Force Personnel Center designed to help injured air reserve component Airmen get well, an effort called "Operator Engagement Talks" that seeks to strengthen partnerships with foreign militaries, and a salute to retired Air Force Maj. Gen. Joseph A. McNeil, who, along with three of his friends, helped spark the civil rights movement in the United States.
