Civil engineers compete for Air Force awards Published Nov. 7, 2005 ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- Air Force Reserve Command nominated 23 civil engineers and eight units to compete for 35 Air Force CE awards. Maj. Gen. David E. Tanzi, AFRC vice commander, announced the selections for fiscal 2005 in early November. The AFRC winners are competing against individuals and units from other major commands.
