Air Force Reserve announces senior officer moves

ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. --  Headquarters Air Force Reserve Command officials here announced the following senior-officer actions in June:

Col. Stephen Linsenmeyer from commander of the 434th Operations Group, Grissom Air Reserve Base, Ind., to commander of the 916th Air Refueling Wing, Seymour Johnson AFB, N.C., effective in July.

Col. Gregory A. Phillips from commander of the 513th Air Control Group, Tinker AFB, Okla., to retirement effective July 9.

Col. Richard W. Scobee from commander of the 944th OG, Luke AFB, Ariz., to commander of the 944th Fighter Wing, Luke AFB, effective Aug. 5.

Col. Paul J. Sykes from commander of the 916th ARW, Seymour Johnson AFB, to retirement effective July 26.

Col. John E. Trnka Jr. from air battle manager, Standing Joint Forces Headquarters, Norfolk, Va., to commander of the 513th ACG, Tinker AFB, effective July 9. (Air Force Reserve Command News Service)
