Air Force Reserve selects top performance manager for 2007 Published Feb. 13, 2008 ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- Lt. Col. Troy Vonada from the 908th Airlift Wing, Maxwell AFB, Ala., is Air Force Reserve Command's top performance manager for 2007. Maj. Gen. Allan R. Poulin, AFRC vice commander, announced the award selection Feb 11. Among his many achievements, Colonel Vonada developed a team to meet unit inspection requirements and played a key role in the wing's Managers Internal Control Program. He also volunteered to deploy to Southwest Asia for 120 days to support operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. (Air Force Reserve Command News Service)
