Command picks top airlift control flight, people Published March 12, 2008 ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- The 452nd Airlift Control Flight at March Air Reserve Base, Calif., is the best ALCF in Air Force Reserve Command for 2007, according to an announcement March 11. The flight's Maj. Brian W. Robins was named the command's top ALCF officer, and Tech. Sgt. Thomas L. Ragonese of the 512th ALCF, Dover AFB, Del., was selected the best junior NCO.
