Air Force Reserve names top finance people Published Jan. 8, 2009 ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- Air Force Reserve Command selected three offices and a dozen people for command financial management and comptroller awards for 2008. The financial analysis office and financial services office for the 440th Airlift Wing, Pope AFB, N.C., were named the best offices in the command. The 911th AW, Pittsburgh International Airport Air Reserve Station, Pa., has the best financial management and comptroller organization. Individual award winners are: Maj. Gen. Frank R. Faykes Financial Management and Comptroller of the Year - Maj. David Ferguson, 340th Flying Training Group, Randolph AFB, Texas FM civilian (GS-9 and above, Pay band 2) - Horacio Campillo, 482nd Fighter Wing, Homestead Air Reserve Base, Fla. FM civilian (GS-8 and below, Pay band 1) - LeRoy Voight, 934th AW, Minneapolis-St. Paul IA PARS, Minn. FM officer - 1st Lt.
