Air Force Reserve names airfield operations award winners Published April 3, 2009 ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- Air Force Reserve Command officials here announced the 2008 AFRC Airfield Operations Award winners in March. The 94th Operations Group at Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Ga., won the D. Ray Hardin Air Traffic Control Facility award. The Ronald D. McCarthy Airfield Management Facility award went to the 934th OG at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport Air Reserve Station, Minn. Christopher Davis of the 452nd Operations Support Squadron at March ARB, Calif., received the Colonel Derrel L. Dempsey Airfield Operations Officer award: Three employees from the 94th OG at Dobbins ARB won air traffic control awards. They are David Seal, manager; Courtney Seckner, controller-in-charge civilian; and Arthur Evans, civilian. The 434th OSS at Grissom ARB, Ind., had two award winners. They are Robert Moore for air traffic control training achievement, and Michael Lang as the top terminal procedures specialist. (Air Force Reserve Command News Service)
