Luke reservist named command’s top process manager Published July 9, 2009 ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- Maj. Hayley J. Wihongi of the 944th Fighter Wing, Luke AFB, Ariz., is Air Force Reserve Command's top process manager for 2009. Lt. Gen. Charles E. Stenner Jr., AFRC commander, announced the reservist's selection in letters to her wing commander and commander of 10th Air Force. "Her efforts in facilitating improvements at not only your organization but others within the Air Force Reserve and Air National Guard speak volumes of her and your commitment to continuous process improvement," wrote the general to the wing commander. In the letter to the numbered air force commander, the general wrote, "Her talents are frequently called upon by outside organizations ... bringing great distinction to not only herself, but her wing and the Air Force Reserve Command."
