Dale Andrews (right), commander of the 910th Maintenance Group, swears in 15-year old Connor Covan, of nearby Boardman, Ohio, as an honorary second lieutenant as part of the wing's 45th Pilot for a Day (PFAD) program held here, August 10, 2011. Connor is currently receiving treatment for Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis and Brugada Syndrome at Akron Children's Hospital of the Mahoning Valley, also in Boardman. The purpose of the PFAD program is to reach out to the community by providing a day of activities to children who live with a chronic or life-threatening disease or illness.
