Command announces financial management awards Published Jan. 13, 2012 ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- Air Force Reserve Command's financial management people learned in January who was the best in the command in 2011. Maj. Thelma Jenkins of the 440th Airlift Wing, Pope Field, N.C., won three command awards. The awards are the Maj. Gen. Frank R. Faykes FM Comptroller of the Year award, the Robert B. Stuart Award of Excellence in FM and the outstanding contribution to FM and comptroller award (officer category).
