AF Reserve commander visits ARPC

BUCKLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. --  The Air Force Reserve Command's highest ranking officer talks with Col. Pat Blassie, commander of the Air Reserve Personnel Center, here today. Lt. Gen. James F.
