Ramirez is AFRC nominee for American Legion Spirit of Service Award

Staff Sergeant Felix G. Ramirez, 927th Force Support Squadron, MacDill Air Force Base, Florida, is Air Force Reserve Command's nominee for the 2017 American Legion Spirit of Service Award.

The award is presented annually to five enlisted member from the active and reserve components who demonstrated outstanding volunteer service in their local community. 

Airmen basic through staff sergeants can be nominated for off-duty services performed Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2016.
