Ready for Anything
The Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center, located in California's Seirra Mountains, is home to some of the toughest training in the Department of Defense. Here, Marines take part in a conditioning hike during a training exercise. Air Force Reserve physician Lt. Col. (Dr.) Jesse Wells has completed both the austere winter and summer medicine courses at the center. (U.S. Marines Corps photo)
