New tail commemorates final Hill AFB F-16


Airmen paint Viper Out commemorative tail

Staff Sgt. Brandon Turner, an aircraft structural maintenance journeyman assigned to the 388th Maintenance Squadron, performs touch up work on the tail of an F-16 Fighting Falcon at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, Aug. 10, 2017. The aircraft pictured will be the last operational Hill AFB F-16 to leave the base. F-16s have been assigned to the base for 38 years and are being replaced by the F-35A Lightning II.
