Liberators support NATO during OAR

Technical Sgt. Casey Hall, 756th Air Refueling Squadron boom operator, looks out of a boom pod window during a refueling mission over Norway June 13, 2016. Boom operators play an integral role in pre-flight preparation and are responsible for fuel delivery from 459th Air Refueling Wing's KC-135R Stratotankers to various receivers. Members of the 459th ARW, to include pilots, boom operators and maintainers, are in Europe from mid-June to late July to help provide training and refueling support for Operation Atlantic Resolve. OAR aims to ensure peace and stability in Eastern Europe in the wake of Russia’s intervention in Ukraine. (U.S. Air Force photo/Staff Sgt. Kat Justen)
