Yellow Ribbon teamwork
Esme Lutz, 15, (l) and his brother Aric Lutz, 13, work together in a team-building exercise at an Air Force Reserve Command Yellow Ribbon Program event Feb. 22, 2014, in Carlsbad, Calif. They attended the Air Force Reserve Command-sponsored training following the return from deployment of their father, Chief Master Sgt. Rich Lutz of the 728th Airlift Squadron, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash. Teens participated in several such exercises followed by discussions of whether they saw the tasks as difficult or not and if so, how they overcame those difficulties.
