Cyber Reservist and NYPD officer embraces investigative confidence
Senior Airman Sheldon Spence, 42nd Combat Communications Squadron cyber operations systems technician, is a traditional reservist and also serves as a New York City Police Department police officer assigned to the lower east side of Manhattan. He participated in the Joint Users Interoperability Communications Exercise June 2 to 27 at the Aberdeen Proving Ground, Md., where he honed in on his cyber technical abilities and built confidence while using investigative skills acquired as an officer.
