624th Regional Support Group The 624th Regional Support Group is the largest Air Force Reserve presence in the Pacific and has four units located at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, and two units at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. The Group is headquartered in Hawaii, on the island of Oahu, at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. We are Pacific Warriors who provide throughput of cargo, passengers, patients and runway repair in the Pacific. Situated in Hawaii and Guam, we draw inspiration for the warrior spirit from the people and culture of the Pacific islands. The 48th Aerial Port Squadron is located at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. The 624th Aeromedical Staging Squadron is located at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. The 624th Civil Engineer Squadron is located at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. The 44th Aerial Port Squadron is located at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam.
