Chief Master Sergeant EDMUND M. KELLEHER

CMSgt. Edmund M. Kelleher is the Senior Enlisted Leader 477th Fighter Group, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. He serves as the principal enlisted advisor to the commander and leadership on all maters affecting the morale, welfare, professional development, and readiness of the enlisted force. In close partnership with the 3rd Wing and 673d Air Base Wing mission partners, the Chief ensures the group’s Airmen deliver combat airpower while pursuing the vision to be the unrivaled leader in air superiority, fostering Total Force association, mentorship, and excellence in support of F-22 mission requirements.

Chief Kelleher entered the U.S. Air Force in August 2001. After completing Basic Military Training, he attended Aircraft Metals Technology technical training at Aberdeen
Proving Ground, Maryland. He has served for more than 24 years in a variety of progressive leadership positions throughout maintenance and group staff levels, including quality assurance, section chief, flight chief, inspector general superintendent, sortie production, sortie generation, and squadron superintendent. His experience spans hands-on maintenance, quality control, and supervisory roles supporting fighter and heavy operations.

Prior to his current assignment Chief Kelleher was the Senior Enlisted Leader for the 477th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska.
