Colonel SEAN "METRO" FELLOWS

Col. Sean “Metro” Fellows is the Commander, 367th Recruiting Group, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. He leads nearly 500 exceptional Airmen and civilian personnel across more than 240 locations worldwide, responsible for a variety of accession programs and recruiting operations that sustain the combat capability of the Air Force Reserve. Additionally, he provides direction to four recruiting squadrons.

Previously, Col. Fellows served as Deputy Chief of Staff, Headquarters Air Education & Training Command, Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas. As advisor to the commander and deputy commander, he managed plans and policies for a 1,100-person Total Force staff and a $255 million budget. Additionally, he provided strategic guidance to 11 flying training wings, four technical training wings, a medical wing, Air University, Air Force Accessions Center, two numbered Air Forces, and headquarters staff across all functional specialties.

Col. Fellows commissioned through the Reserve Officer Training Corps program at the University of Saint Thomas. He holds an MA in National Security Strategy from the Naval War College, an MBA in International Business from Georgetown University, an MA in History of Foreign Affairs from UNLV and is a graduate of the Army Command & General Staff College and the Air Command & Staff College. He was part of the inaugural cohort of Presidential Leadership Scholars, hosted by Presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush. Col. Fellows is a career intelligence officer and held various active duty and reserve roles, including being the first and only Reservist to command an active-duty Basic Military Training Squadron.
