Colonel COLONEL ADAM P. SIVULKA

Colonel Adam P. Sivulka is the Director of Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Headquarters Air Force Reserve Command, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. He provides guidance, direction, and oversight to 3,300 AFRC ISR Reservists to include traditional unit reservists as well as Individual Mobilization Augmentees. He is the command focal point for the planning and execution of operational intelligence support to 4th, 10th,and 22nd Air Forces which are comprised of 62 flying units and over 1,400 aircrews. As the director, he oversees the planning, programming and standing-up of AFRC critical capabilities meeting priority service and joint mission requirements.

Colonel Sivulka graduated from Michigan Technological University in 1997 with an Electrical Engineering degree and commissioned through the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps. He served on active duty from March 1997 until March 2001 as a Radar Signature Engineer at the National Air Intelligence Center. Following his transition to the Air Force Reserve, he served as a Measurement and Signature Intelligence Analyst and Defensive Counterspace Analyst at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center. In February 2006, he joined Special Operations Command Central (SOCCENT) where he served in a variety of positions primarily focused on collection management, prior to becoming the Individual Mobilization Augmentee to the Director of Intelligence at Air Forces Central Command at Shaw AFB, North Carolina. Following that assignment, Sivulka moved to the Pentagon as the Deputy Director of Intelligence Analysis, Partnerships and Engagements Directorate within the Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) and Cyber Effects at Headquarters Air Force, Virginia. Prior to his current assignment, he was the IMA to the Wing Commander of 480 Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Wing at Langley AFB, Virginia. Sivulka is a Level III Joint Qualified Officer.
