6/10/2013 - ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- Lt. Col. Stephanie Boehning, 932nd Airlift Wing, Scott Air Force Base, Ill., has been named the Air Force Reserve Command Process Manager of the Year for 2012.
Boehning is responsible for performance management at the 932nd AW using AFSO21 (Air Force Smart Operations for the 21st Century) and Lessons Learned.
"(Boehning)'s role as the self-assessment program/management internal control toolset lead was vital in ensuring that the 932nd AW was 100-percent ready for the unit's compliance inspection," Lt. Gen. James F. Jackson, AFRC commander, said in a letter congratulating Boehning on her selection.
"In addition, the development of the manager internal control program website for commanders and unit monitors is an outstanding effort towards the development of performance management throughout the 932nd AW," Jackson said.
Boehning was also cited for teaching numerous fitness and professional development courses for her fellow airmen.
