Air Force Reserve Command has announced senior leader changes. From left to right: Maj. Gen. Frank Padilla is retiring; Maj. Gen. Craig N. 4/18/2013 - WASHINGTON -- The Office of Air Force Reserve announced the following senior leader actions April 18:
- Maj. Gen. Frank J. Padilla from deputy inspector general of the Air Force, Office of the Secretary of the Air Force, Washington, to retirement.
- Maj. Gen. Craig N. Gourley from vice commander of Air Force Reserve Command, Robins Air Force Base, Ga., to deputy IG of the Air Force, Washington.
- Maj. Gen. Richard S. Haddad from deputy to the chief of Air Force Reserve, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Washington, to AFRC vice commander, Robins AFB.
- Brig. Gen. James P. Scanlan from deputy for Inaugural Support, Joint Task Force-National Capital Region, Washington, to commander of the 440th Airlift Wing, Pope Field, N.C.
