10/30/2012 - YOUNGSTOWN AIR RESERVE STATION, Ohio -- Col. William Phillips, 910th Operations Group commander, and Chief Master Sgt. Troy Rhoades, 910th Airlift Wing command chief master sergeant, greet Vice President Joe Biden and former President Bill Clinton on the wind-swept flight line at Youngstown Air Reserve Station, Ohio, Oct. 29, 2012.
