Recruiting cuts ribbon to dedicate new building

7/21/2011 - Lt. Gen. Charles E. Stenner Jr., left, commander of Air Force Reserve Command, and Col. Joe N. Wilburn, commander of AFRC Recruiting Service, share a chuckle about the over-sized scissors used to cut the ribbon dedicating recruiting’s new building on Robins Air Force Base, Ga., July 15, 2011. Staff Sgt. Christopher Earl Johnson, right, and his son, Cullen, helped cut the ribbon dedicating the building. Johnson enlisted in the Air Force Reserve before the ceremony as a traditional reservist in the 55th Combat Communications Squadron at Robins AFB. A former Marine, Johnson is a self-employed roofer in civilian life. (U.S. Air Force photo/Claude Lazzara)
