16th IS welcomes new commander
Col. John D. McKaye, 655th Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Group commander, passes the guidon to Lt. Col. Jeffrey Derr, incoming 16th Intelligence Squadron commander, during a change of command ceremony March 10, 2018. The change of command ceremony is steeped in tradition when military units used flags with unique colors and symbols as a rallying point in battle.
