PORT-AU-PRINCE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, Haiti -- Air Force Reserve Senior Airman Jessica Strumbly, a crew chief with the 910th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, and Staff Sgt. Michael Culp, a loadmaster with the 773rd Airlift Squadron, remove a loading ramp from the rear cargo platform of a C-130H Hercules tactical cargo transport aircraft on the tarmac, here, January 18. The Citizen Airmen are part of a 12-person crew assigned to the 910th Airlift Wing, based out of Youngstown Air Reserve Station, Ohio, that just delivered a group of U.S. Military medical personnel and supplies as part of the relief effort to the Haitian people in the aftermath of the massive earthquake that devastated Port-au-Prince and the surrounding areas last week. The medical personnel, consisting of U.S. Army and Air Force Servicemembers were flown, by the 910th's C-130, to Haiti from Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras. The 910th currently has three aircraft, crews of more than 30 personnel flying relief effort missions and a myriad of Citizen Airmen working at YARS to provide home station support to the crews. The 910th Airlift Wing stands ready to provide airlift capabilities to the massive humanitarian effort as long as needed by mission requirements. U.S. Air Force photo by Master Sgt. Bob Barko Jr.
