Staff Sgt. Christopher Smith, 21st Special Tactics Squadron combat controller, describes his teammate and best friend, Staff Sgt. Forrest Sibley, to more than 300 people who gathered at a memorial service to honor the fallen servicemember Sept. 3, 2015 at Pope Army Airfield, N.C.
