BRS reminder: Reservists can contribute to both military TSP and civilian 401k Published Nov. 19, 2018 ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- Reserve Citizen Airmen can contribute to both a military Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) and a civilian 401k investment plan under the Blended Retirement System.Members of the Reserve and National Guard being able to contribute to both an important element of planning for retirement, especially for those who opt into BRS.
