Joint Base Charleston Recovers from Hurricane Matthew

U.S. Air Force civil engineers with the 628th Civil Engineer Squadron, tear down broken tree limbs after Hurricane Mathew swept through Joint Base Charleston, S.C., Oct. 9, 2016. All non-essential personnel evacuated the area, but returned after disaster response coordinators assessed damage and verified a safe operating environment.
