Tech Report: Hurricane Hunters
FORT GEORGE G. MEADE, Md. (AFNS) -- The Hurricane Hunters of the 53rd Weather Reconnaissance Squadron use high-tech equipment called a “dropsonde” to aid in the forecasting of hurricanes and other tropical storms.
