    The AETC Innovation Dashboard is the one-stop shop for anyone interested in the innovation activities happening across the command. The AETC Innovation Dashboard provides a dynamic visualization of more than 550 innovation projects across Air University, Air Force Recruiting Service, 2nd Air Force, 19th Air Force, 59th Medical Wing, and 502nd Air Base Wing as well as collaborations with academia and industry.

    Innovation Tips: Increase innovation at your unit

    A common question Airmen ask regarding innovation is “How do I get my unit to embrace innovation?” According to HQ Air Education and Training Command’s Innovation Advancement Division, an Airman’s daily actions can foster an environment that leads their unit to embrace an innovation culture.

    Train New, Work Smart

    Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst is home to a variety of teams, all with different missions. One such team is the Infinity Spark Innovation Lab, a center for service members to explore ideas, gain resources and support to improve their work centers and career fields. U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Devin Bable, 305th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron integrated communications navigation system craftsman, worked with the Innovation Lab to realize one of his concepts; to bring technology to the forefront of training, and to give Airmen more confidence operating mission essential systems.

    AMC command team visits 317th AW; applauds innovation

    The command team visited several locations throughout the wing where they received several briefings and demonstrations of the many ways that the Airmen of the 317th AW are working to improve job efficiency and operational proficiency.
