Jeffery E. Elliott

Jeffery E. Elliott is the Director of Analyses, Assessment, Lessons Learned and Continuous Process Improvement, Headquarters Air Force Reserve Command, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. He is the Command Master Process Officer and provides formal analytical and problem solving decision-support to Air Force Reserve senior leadership.

Mr. Elliott received his commission and was a distinguished graduate through the ROTC program from the University of Georgia in 1990. Mr. Elliott’s combined military and civilian career has been in Aircraft Maintenance serving in a variety of leadership positions. He served as a civilian Director in 402d Maintenance organizations as well as commanded several types of squadrons including an Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, a Maintenance Squadron and a Logistics Support Squadron. Mr. Elliott’s expertise spans a wide range of specialties and airframes including Munitions, Propulsion, Avionics, and Maintenance Training on F-15E, F-16, KC-10, KC-135 and C-5 aircraft.

In addition to his current position, Mr. Elliott serves as the Mobilization Assistant to the Commander, Curtis E. LeMay Center for Doctrine Development and Education, Air University, Air Education and Training Command, Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama.
