Chaplain, Col. Randy A. Marshall is the Command Chaplain, Headquarters, Air Force Reserve Command, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. Chaplain Marshall advises the Commander of the Air Force Reserve Command on religious, ethical, and quality of life issues. He supports, evaluates, and facilitates chaplain ministries at Air Force Reserve Command units through staff visits, quality assessments, policy guidance, training opportunities, conferences, reports, and cross feed. Chaplain Marshall also manages manpower and personnel matters, education and professional development and ensures force readiness. As an Individual Mobilization Augmentee, Chaplain Marshall has been assigned as chaplain at Lackland AFB, Texas and Randolph AFB, Texas. He has performed special annual tours at Nellis AFB, Nevada and the United States Air Force Academy, Colorado. He has served as staff chaplain at HQ AFRC/HC, Robins AFB, Georgia in support of the Patriot Defender exercise; as well in full-time capacity as the Deputy Command Chaplain at the United States Southern Command in Miami, Fl. He has also deployed in support of Operation ENDURING FREEDOM. In conjunction with his chaplaincy duties, he has served as a Senior Pastor to three Southern Baptist churches.
