Reserve Emergency Prep liaisons assist with Sandy relief

Col. Glenn Young, Air Forces Northern Emergency Preparedness Liaison Officer, explains in a television news interview Nov. 4, 2012, how Pacific Gas & Electric power-line repair trucks and U.S. Coast Guard water pumps will be airlifted from Travis Air Force Base, Calif., to aid in the Hurricane Sandy recovery. The equipment was flown to New York's John F. Kennedy Airport on board Air Mobility Command C-5 Galaxy and C-17 Globemaster III transports.
