Officials host a joint press conference at Homestead Air Reserve Base, Fla. to inform local citizens about preparations for Hurricane Wilma. The Federal Emergency Management Agency has partnered with Homestead Air Reserve Base to set up a relief staging area that will be used post-strike if necessary. Picutred right to left: Army Maj.
