The musical organization provides extensive rehearsal and performance opportunities to young musicians. MSYO is comprised of approximately 85 students, ages 9 to 18, representing more than 30 schools in the Macon, Warner Robins, Perry and surrounding areas in Middle Georgia.

Active and reserve component leaders testified to the committee about the FY14 President’s Budget request and force readiness. The proposed budget has about $5 billion to fund Air Force Reserve requirements.
