Warner Robins honors base by renaming street

North First Street in Warner Robins was renamed Armed Forces Boulevard by Mayor Chuck Shaheen during a special session of the city council meeting April 24 at the Warner Robins Visitor Center across from Robins Air Force Base. Josh Turner to headline Independence Day concert

Also performing will be Staff Sgt. Angie Johnson, performing with the Band of the U.S. Air Force Reserve. Johnson, a member of the Missouri Air National Guard band, rose to fame when the Guard band was featured in a video that went viral on YouTube, drawing more than 1.2 million hits. April edition of Citizen Airman available online

The April issue of Citizen Airman is now available at www.citamn.afrc.af.mil. The April issue features a summary of the personnel and aircraft changes planned for the command under the Air Force's recent force structure announcements.
